Thank you for choosing The Leader Café Club™ for your online learning needs. We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and want to ensure your satisfaction with our Cafes. This Refund Policy outlines our refund guidelines for our online leadership development cafes.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on most of our cafes. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the cafe start date, provided that:

You have not completed more than 25% of the cafe content

You have not downloaded more than 25% of the cafe materials

You can provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction
How to Request a Refund

You MUST include all the following information:

Include your full name (as indicated by your payment processor),

The email address you used when making the purchase,

You Must provide and confirm all the following information you used for the purchase. This includes Credit card/ Debit card/ or the Payment processor you chose for the payment:

The payment method you used for the purchase,

The name of the Credit Card processor or the Financial Payment Processor (PayPal, etc.)

The institution name on your payment card or payment processor,

the last 4 numbers of the card /payment processor used to make the purchase

The Leader Café Club Cafe Name/ Café Name, and your reason for requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond within 14 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method (Credit card/debit card/ or payment processor) used for the purchase.
- When your refund request is approved, you can expect your refund within 10 business days after approval.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Cafes that have been completed beyond 25% of the total content

Bundle packages or special promotions explicitly marked as non-refundable

Individual Cafés purchased as part of a larger bundle (Cafe).

Subscription-based access to multiple cafes (pro-rated refunds may be considered)
Subscription-Based Services
The Leader Café Club does not typically offer “Subscription-based” cafes, nor any content labeled as “Subscription-based” services. If a Subscription offering is made, you must request specific information regarding the pricing structure of the specific offering.
Cafe Cancellation or Significant Changes

Cafes may be changed as needed to improve technical operations, accommodate cultural or language differences, address accessibility concerns, or for other valid reasons to enhance the quality of TLCC offerings. If a cafe is cancelled after you have enrolled, you will be given the option to: A full refund

Transfer to an equivalent cafe

Credit towards another cafe on our platform
