Dr. Tenny Mickey's leadership journey spans Fortune 25 organizations—IBM, Walt Disney Enterprises, and News Corp—across technology, entertainment, financial services, and higher education. These experiences fueled her passion for leadership development and coaching, leading her to establish POV Collaborative, Inc., an Organizational Leadership Effectiveness Consultancy dedicated to "leadership enhancement."

Dr. Mickey (Dr. T.) specializes in redirecting leadership performance for senior executives, executive teams, mid-career leaders, and emerging leader clients. She also consults with for-profit and non-profit boards, supporting them in improving both personal and organizational outcomes. Her consultative approach combines executive-level corporate wisdom with academic insights, grounded in humanistic principles. This leads to the creation of bespoke leadership experiences. These interventions tend to converge at the intersections of organizational performance and cultural leadership.

Academic Excellence

As a humanistic scientist, Dr. Mickey holds a B.A. in Biology from Huston-Tillotson University (HBCU), Ed.M. in Human Developmental Psychology from Harvard University, M.A. in Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, and PhD in Media Psychology from Fielding Graduate University. She has served as a faculty member at USC, Touro University, Cal State Northridge, and Golden Gate University's MBA program, while contributing to leadership consulting at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and serving as a Board Trustee at Pacific Oaks College.
