Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in The Leader Café Club ("Program") offered by POV Collaborative Inc. By submitting your application and payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Program Access and Materials

1. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the Program materials and online learning platform for the duration of the Program.
2. All Program materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of POV Collaborative, Inc. and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Program materials without prior written consent from POV Collaborative, Inc.

Payment and Refunds

4. Program fees must be paid in full before access is granted to the Program materials and online platform.
5. If you are not satisfied with the Program within the first 7 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period.
6.  POV Collaborative, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time. In such cases, a prorated refund may be provided for the remaining portion of the Program.

User Conduct

7. You agree to use the Program materials and online platform in a responsible and lawful manner, respecting the rights of POV Collaborative, Inc, it’s Leader Learning professionals, associates, and other Club Members and participants.
8. You may not engage in any activities that disrupt or interfere with the Program, including but not limited to hacking, uploading viruses, or distributing unauthorized materials.
9. You understand this online learning club community to be a safe, harassment free, workplace learning environment. POV Collaborative, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the Club, its materials, and its offerings if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any unlawful or unethical behavior.

Intellectual Property

10. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the The Leader Café Club™ materials, activities, and online platform are the exclusive property of POV Collaborative, Inc. or its licensors.
11. You may not use any POV Collaborative, Inc. trademarks or logos without prior written consent from the POV Collaborative, Inc. leadership.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

12. The Program materials and online platform are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
13. POV Collaborative, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Program materials or online platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, The United States of America, and the local and international laws governing the areas and territories in which The Leader Café Club Café members and applicants reside.
15. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, USA, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

By enrolling in the Leader Café Club™ Online Leadership Development club and, its programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
